Semua kerja ukur yang terlibat dalam ukur kadaster akan mengikuti semua peraturan berdasarkan prosedur Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 dan Akta Hak Milik Strata 1985 dan juga semua peraturan yang telah dinyatakan oleh Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetaan Malaysia (JUPEM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukur kadaster umumnya dilakukan untuk membahagikan tanah menjadi petak untuk pemilikan di bawah hak milik tanah dan untuk menetapkan semula sempadan harta tanah yang diukur sebelumnya untuk menentukan tahap fizikal pemilikan atau untuk memudahkan pemindahan hak milik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk ukur kadaster, kami bertanggungjawab dalam mengurus dan juga mengendalikan proses pemilikan tanah dan strata. Ini juga termasuk penyediaan proposal tinjauan, mengira unit syer strata, menandakan batas dan penyediaan Pelan Akui (PA).
