As-Built Survey in 3D Laser Scanning is a survey that uses a terrestrial laser scanner to indicate an information such as actual dimensions, elevations, and locations of any structure and its components after construction is complete. All the processed data in a 3D Point Cloud will be displayed in a drawing.
We provide a various As-Built surveys based on the location of the project. We have 3D Laser Scanner that allow to capture all the information of existing buildings and structures accurately with high-standard 3D Laser Scanner equipment. As a result, we can produce varieties output of as-built survey such as 3D Point Cloud and scaled as-built 2D drawings which can assist the process of planning the project.
Not only that, instead of As-Built 2D drawings, we are also capable to produce the 3D BIM Model with a Level of Development (LOD) of 300 based on the 3D Point Cloud data.
