JURUKUR MAHABOB & CO. SDN. BHD. is one of Licensed Land Surveyor Company that has been registered under Land Surveyors Act 1958. We are one of the Licensed Land Surveyors & Land Development Consultants who are owned by Bumiputera’s. With all over 40 years of experiences combined together in this field, JURUKUR MAHABOB & CO. SDN. BHD. (formerly known as Mahabob & Co) operates in two (2) offices in Peninsular Malaysia. Our head office is located in Pahang and the second one is located at Kuala Lumpur.
We also have full experience , able to carry out survey work and willing to offer services such as Land Development Consultant, Cadastral Survey, Strata Title, Topographic Survey, Engineering Survey, Hydrographic Survey, Photogrammetry, GPS, Utility Mapping, GIS and Terrestrial Laser Scanner.
We also have the experienced and ability to operate and offer the following services:
- Survey works for construction specifically for the designation of roads, buildings
- Control and preparation of construction works
- Preparation of as-built measurement plan
- Preparation of Interim plans
- Pilling points and so on

Director General
Licensed Land Surveyor, Haji Alias, joined Jurukur Mahabob in 1989. Through hard work, professionalism and passion, Haji Alias has expanded the business to now include multiple offices across Malaysia. Haji Alias completed a Bachelor of Science Honors in Surveying Science, Newcastle Upon Tyne University, UK. 1985; Master of Science in Land Administration and Development, University of Technology Malaysia. 2005; Certificate of Competency for Underground Utility Survey, Malaysia Board of Surveyors. 2012; ICES Member (Civil Engineering Chart). 2014.
DATO’ ABDUL AZIZ BIN HAJI JANTAN

Prior to establishing Jurukur Mahabob, Dato' Abdul Aziz worked as Director Survey of Section Topography of Peninsular Malaysia & Director of JUPEM Pahang and has been in this industry for 37 years. His achievements include B.Sc. Surveying & Mapping Sciences, North East London Polytechnic. 1983; Cat. ‘B’ in Hydrographic Surveying, Japanese Maritime Safety Agency, Tokyo, Japan.1995; Member of the Royal Survey Institute, Malaysia. 1986; Member of the Association of Legal Land Surveyors, Malaysia. 2016.
