Cadastral surveying is the discipline of land surveying that relates to the laws of land ownership and the definition of property boundaries. All survey work that involved in cadastral surveying will follow all the regulations based on National Land Code 1965 procedures and Strata Title Act 1985 and also all regulations that have been stated by the Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia (JUPEM).
Cadastral surveys are generally performed to subdivide land into parcels for ownership under a land title and to re-establish boundaries of previously surveyed properties to determine the physical extent of ownership or to facilitate the transfer of the property title.
For cadastral survey, we used to do works that includes handling the process of land and strata ownership. We are responsible in managing and also handling the process of land and strata ownership. It also includes the preparation of surveys proposal, calculating the strata share unit, marking the boundary and preparation of Certified Plan. We also use the cadastral survey to determine the boundaries, coordinate and area of each lot.
We also involved in survey of land Survey for building, subdivision of land survey, building sub-partition (strata), land survey for agriculture, mining, special purpose, underground survey (stratum), land acquisition of survey, traverse control and demarcation survey.
